How do I burn my candle correctly?

Allow the wax to melt evenly across the entire surface during the first burn. This helps prevent tunneling.

How often should I trim the wick?

Trim the wick to approximately 1/4 inch before each use.

How long should I burn my candle?

For best results, burn for 2–4 hours at a time.

Why is my candle tunneling?

Tunneling occurs when the candle is not burned long enough for the wax to melt evenly across the top.
