1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment
Customers may request to cancel an order before it has been processed or shipped.

Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible after placing the order.

If your order has not entered the fulfillment or shipping process, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Refunds typically appear within 3–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
2. Orders That Have Already Been Processed or Shipped
Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
If you no longer wish to keep the item after receiving it, you may request a return if the item qualifies under our Return Policy.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the cancellation is due to our error.
3. Custom, Personalized, or Made-to-Order Products
Because custom or personalized products are created specifically for each customer, they cannot be canceled once production has begun.
These items are generally non-refundable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
4. Digital Products
All digital product sales are final.
Once a digital product has been downloaded or delivered electronically, cancellations and refunds are not available unless required by applicable law.
5. Seller-Initiated Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:
